Your Trip Guides

Hey, I'm Chris!

As a young adult, I felt lost in a system that tried to put me in a box I wasn’t ready to accept. I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t yet know how to move forward.

Going to Ensenada myself, showed me the power of simply doing, stepping into something unfamiliar, gaining perspective, and creating contrast that helped me appreciate and shape my life in a new way.

Now Gen Impact exists to give young adults that same opportunity. We designed the experience for you leave Ensenada feeling more like yourself grounded, energized, and carrying real momentum to create the life you want.

Your Trip Guides

Hey, I'm Rehan!

I learned early on what it feels like to step into unfamiliar environments and figure things out as you go. Moving abroad at a young age pushed me to adapt quickly, to connect with new people, stay resilient, and grow through discomfort rather than avoid it.

Those years shaped how I see growth: not as something you wait for, but something you step into. A transformation I know this trip will bring for you.
